Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM module administrator
2. Click on Activity master
3. Observe the search field
4. Click on Losses list and observe the search field
5. Click on Cause and observe the last two option in search field

Description

1. Activity master - Search is not working
2. Losses list --> Search -->OEE Calculation and ADD Phenomenon and Phenomenon Master > Yes or No is not working as per expectation
3. Cause -> search field --> Parent Id and sub source id is not in the field
