1.Login as AQuAPro Module User
2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
3.Expand Global -> Select any PI
4.Open PFEMA/DFMEA/Control Plan Document
5.Double-Click on the Effect Cell -> Double-Click to add the Effects in the Effect field
6.Observe the Result
