Roles : Level is required alert not displayed when clicking on save without mentioning the details, it is no showing any alert. Add popup gets closed.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as APQP Admin
2)Click on Roles menu under setup tab
3)Click on Add
4)Enter the name
5)click on Save
6)Observe that alert not came and popup got closed
