1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Expand Global -> Select any PI

4.Right-Click on any of the Documents -> Click on Search and Create Report options

5.Observe the Result

Description

Document Search and Create Report Pop-Up window having Title Missing, Expand/Collapse Icon not good, Filter window having Title Missing and the Pop-Up is not good compared to old UI Pop-Up
