Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Suite Admin
2)Click on Project Pillar menu under setup tab
3)Click on Project Pillar in the breadcrumb
4)Observe the screen - Breadcrumb hidden
5)Click on refresh button in the browser
6)Observe the user rights - All the rights removed
