Bug #17267

When clicking on the Setup or on the arrow icon it is not showing up the menu items list. Only clicking below the icon area it opens up the menu item list.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Suite admin
2)Click on Setup tab or arrow icon
3)Menu items will be not be listed
4)Click below the icon area , hand pointer will be visible
5)Now click that area
6)Menu items will be listed
