Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection sampling plan
3.Select one sampling plan
4.Click on edit button
5.Change the Inspection Mode
6.Enter reason for change and class and click on done button
7.Save the changes
8.Now again change the Inspection Mode
9.Observe that Previously/Lastly entered reason for change/category class is showing in the pop-up
