Steps To Reproduce:
1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection sampling plan
3.Select one sampling plan
4.Click on edit button
5.Change the Inspection mode
6.Now enter reason for change/category class
7.Click on the pop-up close button
8.Click on Save button
9.Observe that Inspection mode is getting changed
