Steps To Reproduce:
1.Go to IC
2.Click on Report Section
3.Click on Target PPM
4.By default Receiving Inspection will be displayed
5.Click on Add button
6.Select Month,Year and Target value
7.Click on Supplier field
8.Select the supplier
9.Observe that there is no done button for saving Suppliers
