2.Login as Administrator
3.Select User Preferences from Users Page
4.Change the Layout to Social Media
5.Open any Page and Close It
6.Observe the Time Delay

Earlier it takes around 8 Seconds to close a page. But now it closes in 3 seconds. So closing the Issue.
