Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Checklist menu
3) Click on Checklist name
4) Select Score as List and Specify some score
5) Now click on Some other checklist name
6) select score value as list and Assign some score
7) Click on save and alert

Not an Issue....
check your 2nd screen shot u have tried to save 50 as score same time that's why the alert shown
