Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Click on In-process Inspection section
3.Click on Production In-process
4.Add a new PI
5.Click on PI link
6.Add multiple operations
7.Delete one operation
8.After deleting a single operation all the existing operations are also getting deleted
