LPA : Schedules are listing in Perform audit of auditor though rights are removed in users page as ITAR

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin ITAR
2) Create ITAR layer,checklist,equipment
3) Create LPA schedule
4) Observe the perform audit of auditor
5) Now login as shipped admin
6) Change the ITAR auditor to Non ITAR Auditor
7) Now Login back as Auditor
8) Observe the schedules after rights are removed
