Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Create LPA schedule
4) Click on any of the scheduled cell and request for excuse reason for date change or checklist change ...
5) cllick on save
6) Close the audit assign screen and again click on same cell again
7) Observe the audit assign screen
