Installation: Error messge in Configuration settings

1. Login as admin
2. Go to configuration settings
3. Click on save button

Description

The user could not save the site configurations in configuration settings page. Error message displayed when click on save button.

In Test Email, when clicking Send Mail Button, displays a webpage Error Message. But the Previous Issue is Fixed.

This issue is fixed in Sp700 Cycle2

The issue is the type of Error message Displaying. Earlier the message was " Failure sending Email". So Now the issue is displaying differently.
