Alert contents need to be change based on action in Failure category and Reason and Excuse reason menus.

Failure category :
1) While Edit > Please select Failure category to edit
2) While Delete> Please select Failure category to delete
3) While add-> Please specify Failure category

Failure reason :
1)While specifying Failure reason-> Please specify Failure reason

Excuse reason:
1) While Edit Excuse reason-> Please select Excuse reason
2) While delete Excuse reason-> Please Select Excuse reason to delete
