Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection Mode/Inspection Level/Quality Level Std
3.Click on Add button
4.In the pop-up it will display the Default option
5.Add a record
6.Perform edit operation
7.Observe Default option and text in the pop-up
8.Click on Search drop down
9.Default option is listed there

While performing edit operation in the below menus in the edit grid its displaying a text(Refer Screenshot 2)
