1.Go to IC
2.Click on Receiving Inspection Section
3.Click on Receiving Inspection Menu
4.Click on status to open Inspection entry pop-up
5.Observe the above mentioned issues

Description

Check below usability issue ============================
1.Need a scroll bar to scroll down to see all the fields
2.Submit button to right side so can bring a common format in all the pop-ups
3.Column width and Spacing should be uniform
