Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIMS with IC as default module
2.Click on Setup menu and expand it
3.Check user can scroll down and see all sub menus under setup
4.Now collapse the Menu section
5.Mouse-hover over the Setup menu
6.Sub-menus will be displayed on mouse-hover
7.Observe whether scroll bar is showing or not

check whether scroll bar is showing for sub-menus
