Not able to attach revision document for FST document. On clicking publish for the second revision Showing"Publish Request In Progress"

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Link FST Document for APQP project deliverables
3. Publish the attached document
4. After successful publish try to attach revision document by clicking on the input doc and then publish for approval

Description

Not able to attach revision document. On clicking publish for the second revision Showing"Publish Request In Progress"
This behaviour is showing for revision doc attachment after OP deletion, With and Without approval.
