For Omnex chennai site
Parent in use Rights for site- full access group and users inherit from parent
Child - in use Rights for site - no access,Rights for group -inherit from parent
So it should be No access for group but it shows Attach rights full access

At present it is not replicable, but due to #16918, could not conclude that this issue is fixed. So will verify along with issue #16918 when its is fixed
