When checked for Rights for Users the Users are not loading. But if the Parent is In use and the same condition is applied for Child folder, the Users are loading when clicked Rights for users.

Child-In use Site -no access, Group -attach rights, full access
When checked for Rights for Users the Users are not loading. But if the Parent is In use and the same condition is applied for Child folder, the Users are loading when clicked Rights for users.
