Failure Tree - Failure Flowup is not working(Refer Desription)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Click on Failure Tree and do Flowup

4.Refresh the page and observe the flowup again

Description

After allocating the Failures system displays the indicator in Yellow colour. But on refresh, it is not flowed Up

Issue occurs in RFD/FST/VDA
