While converting a draft to project using an Archived project name, Alert is showing up as in the screenshot attached

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to ewqims
2. Select a draft project from APQP listing( or create a project and save as draft)
3. Enter the project name same as an archived project name in the charter
4. click on save and see the response
