Steps To Reproduce:

Login in corporate site
Slect a supplier and assign commodity A for corporate
Assign Commodity B for Site A anda assign location
Go to Engagement screen(tab)
Select Commodity B location
Observe Plant field not showing Site 1,only corporate is displaying
