After test - By questions page - it does not show the comments properly. And comment box are not as same as question format.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as HRPRo admin

2. Click on this module-symbol and select hrpro.
HRPro homepage will open.

3. Go to survey, by questions page and view the result.

4. Go to docpro and select the HRPRO level and see the test result.
