Reports: PI Names listing as double (Refer the Screenshot)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Expand Global PI -> Select any of the PI

4.Publish Process Flow & Control Plan (Don't Publish PFMEA Document)

5.Click on Reports Tab -> Open any Report (Process Reports)

6.Click the PI dropdown list

7.Observe the Result

Description

In Reports, If the User publishing the Process Flow and Control Plan document but didn't publish the PFMEA document then by viewing in reports its displaying PI Name as Double.

For Replicating: Create a PI -> Add single branch in process flow and fill all the values in process flow document -> Publish the process flow document and then publish the control plan document -> View in reports
