Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as user who is a module admin for 2 sites(Corporate and Bangalore)

2.By default it loads the user site.Ex: If the user is created in corporate, by default corporate site is loaded

3.Click on routes and click on edit route options

4.Click on the Bangalore site folder, and select the routes dropdown

5.Should show the Bangalore site routes, but its listing the corporate site routes
