Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select Item Definition menu and click on Item Boundaries

4.Observe the Enable Function Creation checkbox

Description

Enable Function Creation checkbox is not selected by default

Also it can be rename as Enable Function/Requirement Creation
