Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select Item Definition menu and click on Dynamic Preliminary Architecture

4.Drag a child element and drop on the scope.

Description

Inner child elements must not be allowed to drop separately. Instead it should be allowed to drop within the Parent element or provide some alert message.

• SO it is allowed to drop inside other element.
