Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Create a user having more than 20 letter
3. Click on Resources Allocation menu
4. Observe the field

Description

Usability: User name should be looks better, when we have more than 20 letters.

Note: The provided tooltip is not showing properly in build(Verified as patch)
