For One particular schedule created in Multi site for LPA is not getting confirmed directly as scheduler but working fine in corporate

1) Login to module as admim multi site
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Click on Confirm status directly as a scheduler
4) Observe the status after all the validations

Description

For One particular schedule created in Multi site for LPA is not getting confirmed directly as scheduler but working fine in corporate as well as schedule created for future years is working fine with confirm status and Publish buttons but it is not for 2020 year alone for 1 particular record
