Both IE & Chrome: In Main2, For PFMEA and DFMEA Hyperlink is not working properly for the Recommended Actions Column

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Select PI -> Open PFMEA or DFMEA Document

4.Right-Click on a Cell in the Recommended Actions Column -> Select any Hyperlink option

5.Create an Hyperlink -> View the created Hyperlink Cell

6.Refresh the Document -> View the created Hyperlink Cell

7.Observe the Result

Description

In Recommended Actions Columns, If we creating an Hyperlink means its hiding the Recommended Actions data and by refresh only its restoring the hided data along with Hyperlink and its displaying in the middle of the Cell comparing to the Other Cells and this issue happens when the Hyperlink deletion also.

NOTE: This issue is occurring only in Main2 and particularly for the Recommended Actions Column and for Other Columns its working as expected.
