Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Expand Global PI -> Select any of the PI

4.Click on Process Documents -> Open PFMEA Document

5.Double-Click on the Potential Effects of Failure Column Cell -> Click on the Design Failure option

6.Click the displayed Design Failure options

7.Observe the Result

Description

In the Effects Column for both the D/P FMEA, by clicking on the Design Failures option and selecting the Design Failure it's not displaying the selected Design Failure.
