Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into audit pro as Auditor.
2. Enter perform audit page.
3. Raise NC/OFI.
4. Publish the Audit report for approval.
5. Before approving go to Findings Report.
6. Filter the needed things and click view reports.
7. observe the result.
