Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as project manager
2)Click on project menu
3)Open the active project
4)Click on Meetings icon
5)Schedule a meeting for the deliverable
6)Now open the meeting and add action plan
7)Observe the icon

Description

1)Change the concern icon and its status icon . Need same as that in project gantt page.
2)Mouse hover on the concern icon section and observe the incorrect tooltip
3)Need a Open status for the action plan while adding .
