Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Create Adhoc schedule using shift for equipment
4) Publish the document for approval

Description

1) LPA When Shift based audit is created Assigned shift details need to be displayed across Audit pro module.

2) After schedule is created Selected Shift is not displaying in scheduled window

3) Schedule is not getting created based on the Selected Shift

4) Only one auditors name is displaying and that too same name is not displaying and mapped auditor to equipment is not listing

5) Team mapped in Layer while creating Adhoc audit Lead auditor selection is displaying only team leads but not all users in team (As discussed with Bijoy all the team members should come while selecting Lead auditor)
