Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM module administrator
2. Click on spare part master
3. Click on sample format button
4. Enter the data
5. Import the data
6. Observe the item code
7. Add ' in excel and again import the same data
8. Observe the spare part master screen

Description

Issue 1: Import--> When the item number in excel is not in given format, while importing the data and displays like " 1.30633e+006". ----> Closed
Once we adding the ' character in excel and tries to import the same thing, it getting duplicate.
Note: Import the format from sample format

Issue 2: Import--> When importing the Equipment master with activity and Equipment withot activity, while clicking on Assign PM button WO is not getting generating in PM Supervisor calendar* - Open*

Issue 3: Import--> Equipment--> The imported Equipment name and No is not getting updated in description field - Open(new)

Issue 1: Excel formal for the column should be changed to Text. (Sample excel file was changed and checked-in)

Issue 2 : New Concern will resolve in next cycle. add it as separate issue
