LPA -> LPA schedule is not getting created based on period selected dates in start date and end date fields

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to module as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Selct the layer
4) Select the time period as perido
5) On RHS select Start date and end date as couple of months from the current date
6) Click on schedule /reschedule
7) Observe the calendar after schedule is created

LPA schedule is not getting created based on period selected dates in start date and end date fields instead it is getting created beyond the selected dates
