Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Spare part master
3. Click on Existing spare part
4. Observe the error
5. Click on New button
6. Create a spare part and click on save button
7. Observe the error

Description

Spare part Master: When clicking save button for created spare part or while opening the existing spare part info, error is showing at the top of the screen.

In this build, It shows error message for WO completion.

Issue 2: When tries to click save and submit button, it shows error message.
