VEM audit
Fill checklists
Select checkpoint 1 as no nc-find green tick
Select checkpoint 2 as no nc-find green tick
Select Checkpoint 3 as NC or Ofi -Find cross symbol
Observe,
Checkpoint 1 and 2 green tick disappeared
