1)Login as Project manager
2)Open the project from the listing screen
3)Right Click on Gate Review Info
4)Observe the info screen

Description

Gate Review -
1)When attaching document with special character in the attachment section - there is no response
2)for a Reviewer only his own comments are displayed. Showing all comments are also not showing the resource comments(Works only when the deliverable is selected).
3)Chinese character entered in the reason is generated in the mail as symbols
