Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Requirement tree
6. Observe the Requirement tree name at top of the screen
7. Click on Failure Tree
8. Click on EFC Tree
9. Observe the result

Description

Issue 1: Requirement tree Name not converted into Spanish and Chinese language.

Issue 2: Diagram-->Right click Context menu(Flows done, Reset Flows done) not converted into Spanish and Chinese language.

Issue 3: Diagram-->Right click context menu(Associated characteristics displays like THLAssociated characteristics).

Issue 4: Diagram-->Right click context menu(Make as Topic element)not converted into Spanish and Chinese language.
