Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage menu and create Gage with Last study date and without study date
3. Observe the Gage list by status

Description

Issue 1: Complete the study without selecting last study date in Gage screen.When we tries to verify this date in Gage list by status ,the planned date shows next due date(Ex:Next due date is 4/5/2020 .This date viewed in both planned & due column) 

Complete the study with selecting Issue 2: last study date in Gage screen.When we tries to verify this date in Gage list by status ,the planned date shows Last study date reduced by 1 time(Ex:Last study date is 4/1/2020 .This date is reduced by 1 time 3/31/2020 is displayed in Planned column)
