1.Go to IC
2.Click on Inspection Parameters
3.Click on any PI
4.Add an Operation for the PI
5.Click on the operation to open Characteristic grid
6.Click on Add button
7.Click on Defect field
8.Select one defect from the pop-up
9.Un-check the selected defect
10.Observe result
