Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC
6. Click on Publish for Approval
7. Click Published document link
8. Click on Document Number link in Published Document Details screen.

Description
VOC: Publish for Approval--> While clicking Document Number link, system shows Blank pop-up screen.
As of now(22/01/2018) Cycle 2, system does not respond when clicking on Document number in RFD.
