When the FST document is set as DRAFT then after publishing the document also it is not updated in the Deliverable info page.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Click on Projects menu
3)Click on project link
4)Map FST document to the deliverable
5)Click on Enable review
6)Save the Review settings
7)Now click on Link and Redirect to FST Document page
8)Publish the document
9)Now observe the behavior in Delierable info
