Tree Diagram: Indicators not refreshing automatically.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Functions Net/Failure/EFC Tree.
6. Map the Element and refresh the screen.

Description

Tree Diagrams(Functions Net/Failures/EFC Tree):When we Mapping the Element, it should turns into Red/Yellow/Green Colour icon based on the mapped details.

If user mapped the element, indicators not showing the icon based on the colours, once refreshed the page, it showing correctly.
