Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Spare part Request menu from Transaction tab
3. Click on New button
4. Enter the mandatory field
5. Click on Request button
6. Observe the Mail, it generated to Admin and supervisor
