Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Set Language Preference as "Chinese"
4. Create PI from PI tab
5. Change the Language preference as "Spanish"
6. Observe the Result.
7. Create a PI in Spanish language
8. Change the Language preference as "English"
9. Observe the Result

Description

Set language preference as Chinese, create PI and change the language into Spanish. system will displays that PI as blank.
set language preference as Spanish, create a PI and change the language into Chinese. system will displays that PI as blank.
set language preference as English, System will display the PI which created from Spanish and Chinese as blank.
